In a very sad turn of events, Bilal Pasha, a respected Pakistani CSS officer, passed away on November 27, 2023, due to a sudden heart attack. His early departure has left the civil service community sad about losing a strong and dedicated professional who had a big impact on the community.
Bilal Pasha’s interesting journey started in a simple town, where childhood dreams led to an amazing career. Originally from Punjab, Pakistan, and a graduate of the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, he achieved the 47th rank in the highly competitive Civil Service of Pakistan exam.

At the time of his passing, Bilal Pasha was the Cantonment Executive Officer, and CEO, Bannu, and had made lasting contributions to the digital media sector. Colleagues and friends fondly remember him as a guide, a friend, and a real inspiration in the CSS community.
