Recently she appeared on Nadir Ali’s podcast where she specifically highlighted her conversion to Islam, her marriage events, and her family’s reaction to marrying a Muslim guy.

Sunita Marshall On Converting to Islam
During the conversation, Nadir asked her about her marrying a Muslim guy and why you are not converted to Islam yet.
Sunita Marshall said that “I am a Christian and my kids follow Islam which was already decided before marriage”. She further revealed that she has no plans to convert to Islam. She talked about it in Nadir Ali’s podcast.
She said that she has no plans and she doesn’t have any pressure to convert to Islam. She said that the things related to religion were decided before their marriage. She further said that she will not convert without her inner consent.
She further said that she had two wedding events, one in Islam and one in Christianity. She said that it was her wish to have a ceremony at church. She said that she wore her white gown as well.

My Family Was Reluctant, Sunita Marshall
Sunita continued and shared her family’s reaction to marrying Hassan Ahmed. Sunita Marshall said, “My family was quite reluctant when I was getting married to the Muslim guy because no one in my family is married to a Muslim and it was unheard of, so yes, my family was a little skeptical about it ”
The couple even talked about the trouble in their interfaith marriage. Sunita Marshall is very active on social media where she posts her travel diaries with her two adorable kids and husband.
