Pakistani Cricket Team Star Mohammad Rizwan T20 batter ranking closes the gap with SKY after the brilliant performance against New Zealand in 5th T20i match.
Although Pakistan couldn’t secure the win, Rizwan’s innings helped him out to close the points gap and dethrone Suryakumar Yadav.
ICC T20i batter ranking points updated, where some of the other Pakistani players have also climbed up the ladder to secure a nice position.
Imad Wasim and Iftikhar Ahmed are the two other Pakistani players who managed to find themselves in the respective list.
Babar Azam surely dropped 13 points after his disappointing innings in the fifth match against New Zealand.
Mohammad Rizwan T20i Batter Ranking:
Pakistani opener Mohammad Rizwan has updated his points with the classic knock against New Zealand and scored 98 runs not out.
His innings surely helped to close the gap on Suryakumar to less than 100 rating points, with the dynamic India star still leading the way with 906 rating points.
Rizwan rises from 798 to 811 points and maintains second place on the rankings. During the series, Babar’s 100 knock innings helped him to secure third position.
On the other hand, Iftikhar Ahmed performed brilliantly in the third T20i and received appreciation from Shahid Afridi.

But in the fifth match, he only managed to score 36 runs, moved six places to joint-38th, his career-best position and is the third-highest ranked Pakistan batter.
On the other hand, Imad Wasim also found himself in the ICC T20 ranking, but not as a batter.
His bowling attack impressed everyone, eight wickets at an average of 10.37 during the series that really stood out and the 34-yer-old was rewarded on both the bowler and all-rounder rankings.
