This impressive structure is created by the Jeddah Economic Company and offers more than just height – it includes luxury homes, offices, serviced apartments, and fancy condominiums.
One of the most fascinating aspects is that it will feature the “highest observatory in the world, adding an extra layer of uniqueness.
This towering project, costing around .23 billion, is part of a massive billion plan in north Jeddah. After stopping construction for five years, they started building again in 2023, making people all around the world super excited.
